Gamilati is the headline act in the UAE 1000 Guineas at Meydan on Friday.
Mahmood Al Zarooni's filly won the Cherry Hinton at Newmarket in July but on her final start in England trailed home last of 11 in the Lowther Stakes at York, though she put that display well behind her with an effortless victory in a trial for this race last month and is likely to prove very hard to beat.
Al Zarooni also runs Pimpernel, a winner of four races in England last summer and second in the Group Two Rockfel Stakes to the highly promising Aidan O'Brien-trained Wading.
"We were delighted with Gamilati when she won the trial and this mile should suit her well," said Al Zarooni.
"With the advantage of that run under her belt, she looks our main hope with Pimpernel not having had a run yet here or on the all-weather. She is a nice filly also and will hopefully run well."
Alsindi and Mary Fildes, who chased home Gamilati in the trial, take her on again while Marco Botti runs Colourful Notion.
One of the most impressive performers at the Carnival so far as been the David Nicholls-trained sprinter Addictive Dream, who will attempt to win his third race in quick succession when he races in Group company for the first time in the Al Shindagha Sprint.
Nicholls said: "The horse has done everything we have asked of him thus far and this is the next logical step. The surface will not be an excuse and he deserves this step up in grade."
He comes up against familiar faces such as Jimmy Styles and Hitchens, but perhaps the most interesting rival is Captain Obvious.
He represents Singapore-based Steven Burridge who has won with four of his five runners at the Carnival to date and also runs the impressive Ip Man in the Meydan Classic Trial.
