Wednesday's jumps meetings at Carlisle and Ludlow have both been beaten by the freeze.
To stand any chance, Carlisle needed a relatively mild night on Monday, but the thermometer touched minus 6C in Cumbria.
Clerk of the course Kirkland Tellwright said: "We had a very hard frost, minus 6C. That extinguished any chance we had. We needed a mild night really."
An 8am inspection had been called at Ludlow, but after another night of freezing temperatures, clerk of the course Bob Davies saw no point in prolonging matters.
He said: "It is minus 4C here at the moment and the frost is three inches deep in places. We are forecast another cold night, minus 6C or even minus 8C, so we've got no chance I'm afraid."
With the meeting at Lingfield already off, racing on Wednesday is solely in the hands of Kempton, who are staging an eight-race all-weather card beginning at 2.20pm.
