Veteran performer Dvinsky returned to winning form at Kempton just three days after his 200th run.
The 11-year-old could finish only fourth in the race named in his honour at the track on Wednesday, but he made his 201st race a memorable one.
Partnered by Tom McLaughlin, the Paul Howling-trained gelding made all to prevail by half a length, with his rider punching the air as he passed the post.
